We are a privately owned assisted living community, conveniently located near the BelMar shopping district, restaurants and entertainment. The Granville serves three delicious meals a day, seven days a week, in our spacious dining area. We offer a variety of additional services such as housekeeping, laundry, and medication administration. We have a residential setting for seniors who need supportive services to maintain their independence. We offer 113 affordable, unfurnished apartments along with an assortment of amenities. Residents have access to all common areas including covered balconies, living rooms, a media lounge, our formal dining room, a full service beauty/barber shop, library, community washer and dryer, arranged transportation, a game room, and a general store on site. Enjoy Lakewood and Historic Highlands Square in Denver and we’re next to the west light rail line. The Granville has been privately owned and operated since 1998 when it opened its doors to those whose income was restricted. Its mission, to service this population with dignity and respect, remains today.
